Secret Honey Belle Library Dress
Hello everyone, welcome back to another post. Today I would like to show you my Belle Library dress from Secret Honey. This dress has a beautifully embroidered velvet bodice, an over all book print on the skirt and of course a cute border print with scenes from the movie.
I showcase one of my Disney pieces every two weeks, you can check out my other posts if you like. Last time I showed you my Anna Harvest Festival Cosplay from Frozen 2.
If you would like to know more about the brand and about how you can get these dresses, I have got you covered in this post. I also sometimes sell dresses from my collection, check out my shop or my Instagram, I usually list them there.
The Belle Library Dress
As always, we start with a full view of the dress from the front, side and back. I am wearing a shirt with a square neckline underneath. Here’s a picture from the front:
From the side:
And from the back:
Sizing and Closure
This dress is decently sized, I think it fits up to a small size M. There is shirring in the back, at the waist and between the shoulders, to help it adjust to your size. The sleeves are elasticated as well.
The dress closes with a side zipper and is fully lined.
Bodice
The bodice of the dress is decorated with beautiful embroidery in gold .
The sleeves are decorated with a book print that I will shortly show you in more detail. They are gathered at the top to give them more poof.
The Book Print
Like on the sleeves, the skirt is all over printed with books. The green print shows books on book shelves:
The Border Print
We of course have a border print. One of the motives is repeated three times, the other two are unique. Let’s start with the one that is repeated, showing Belle and the Beast in the library:
Then we have Belle, Madame Potine, Tassilo and Cogsworth reading in front of the fireplace.
And last but not least, we have Belle and Lumière reading at a table.
And that is already all for the Belle Library dress. I hope you enjoyed and I thank you for reading. See you in my next post.
Love,
Ella
