Secret Honey Giselle Curtains Dress

Hello everyone, welcome back to another post. Today I would like to show you my Giselle Curtains Dress from Secret Honey. This dress has a wonderful border print with different Disney movies and a cute overall print. I showcase one of my Disney pieces every two weeks, you can check out my other posts if you like. The Giselle Curtains Dress

First, before we get into the details, let me show you the whole dress. From the front:

As you can see the dress closes with an invisible back zipper and is shirred at the waist and shoulders. There is also shirring around the armholes. This dresses size is quite generous, there is a lot of space in the bust area for example. It fits up to a generous size M.

The Neckline

The neckline of this dress got special attention for detail from the designers. In the center, we have a pink flower decorating the neckline, created from several cut out flowers that are sewn together and embellished with white pearls. Then we have a mint green pleated trim. And last but not least, there is white lace decorating the neckline:

The Overall Print

The mint fabric of the dress is decorated with a cute print. There are of course the flowers like on Giselle’s dress, but also crowns, squirrels and dresses:

The Disney Print

At the hemline, there is another cute print that shows different Disney movies. Let’s have a look at the different parts individually. First up, we have Sleeping Beauty, we see Prince Philipp and Aurora, the castle as well as Maleficent as the dragon:

Then we have the Beauty and the Beast, featuring Belle and the Beast, the mirror and a book:

Ariel from the Little Mermaid is next:

Then we have Cinderella, the prince, the castle, the carriage and of course Cinderella’s glass slipper:

This one was a surprise for me, the other movies are more classical, not that modern. It’s Kiss the Frog! We have Tiana and Naveen:

And last but not least, we have Snow White. I at first had some problems recognising it, since the only prominent part of that print is the well. But you can also see the apple and the Prince and Snow White:
