Hello everyone, welcome back to another post. Today I would like to show you my Alice in Wonderland skirt from Secret Honey. This skirt features Alice and the playing cards painting the queen’s roses red, which is my favourite scene from Alice in Wonderland 🙂 I showcase one of my Disney pieces every two weeks, you can check out my other posts if you like. The Alice in Wonderland Skirt

Let’s have a look at the skirt in it’s full glory first:

The Waistband

The waistband has red piping at the top and the bottom and features a beautiful pattern with all the different playing card colours:

The skirt itself is pleated in the front. The backpanel has shirring to help you getting the skirt on and off, there is no zipper for this one. The size is quite generous, it fits up to a size M.

There are also two ties to bind a bow in the back.

The Print

The print features the queen’s labyrinth and Alice and the playing cards painting the roses red. The blue sky fades into the white of the skirt. First up we have three cards that just finished painting one of the rose bushes red:

Then we have one card that just started to paint the roses:

We have another card that is just painting roses red:

And last but not least we have Alice featured on the skirt as well, helping the cards to paint the roses red:
