Secret Honey Elsa Frozen Fever Dress

Hello everyone, welcome back to another post. Today I would like to show you my Elsa Frozen Fever Dress from Secret Honey. This dress is one of the few with a high waist that I like. It is a really cute cut that is very flattering. And I love the design.

The Elsa Frozen Fever Dress

First of all, as always, let me show you some pictures of the dress in it’s entirety. From the front:

This is the second rendition of Elsa’s Frozen Fever dress Secret Honey released. One day I will show you the 2015 version as well on this blog. Here’s the 2016 version from the side:

Size and Cut

This is also one of the more generously sized dresses Secret Honey released. It still fits me with a waist of 84 centimeters and a bust of 105. There is plenty of room for a bigger bust, which is very unusual, normally that’s where I had trouble with Secret Honey’s dresses.

There is shirring in the back at the empire waist as well as around the neckline. The sleeves are flutter sleeves and don’t restrict bigger arms which is nice too.

The Neckline

Beautifully embroidered 3D flowers, rhinestones and a flower print decorate the neckline. There is also a delicate lace gracing the neckline:

The Sleeves

The sleeves are a detail that neeeeeds attention, I love them. The shirred part is decorated with beautiful lace. And the sleeves themselves consists of two layers, one layer of fashion fabric and one layer of lace fabric:

The Waistline

The waistline is pointing upwards in the middle which gives your bust a very nice shape together with the v neckline. In the front there is flower lace as well:

The Print

Then, last but not least, we have a cute print around the hem of the skirt as almost always with Secret Honey. This time we have three motives repeated around the hem:

I really like this one where Elsa is sneezing 🙂

Over all I find the drawing style of these illustrations very cute 🙂
