Secret Honey Rapunzel Tulle Skirt and Cardigan

Hello everyone, welcome back to another post. Today I would like to show you my Rapunzel Tulle Skirt and Cardigan from Secret Honey. This skirt has amazing embroidery and is super cute with it’s 3D flowers. The cardigan comes with an amazing print and cute buttons.

The Rapunzel Tulle Skirt and Cardigan

First of all, I would like to show you the tulle skirt and cardigan in action. Here it is from the front:

This skirt is from the 2015 spring collection, Secret Honey released. It came in two different colours, white and lavender. My skirt is the lavendar colour way. From the side:

The Rapunzel Skirt

Size

The size of this skirt is smaller than the other tulle skirts. I don’t know why, it’s just a fact that Rapunzel’s dresses tend to be on the smaller side. So it is no wonder, the skirt is smaller, too. Here it is in comparison with my Ariel tulle skirt:

The Ariel skirt did not get bigger through wearing, Rapunzel just really is smaller. She’s also smaller than my Frozen and Aurora tulle skirts.

But eventhough it is smaller than the other skirts, it still fits me, which is nice. I currently have a waist of 85 centimetres and the skirt fits comfortably. I can also get it over my hips. The waistband is fully elastic and adjusts to your size.

3D Flowers

The skirt is decorated with 3D flowers:

The Embroidery

This skirt is wonderfully embroidered like the Aurora skirt for example. Let’s have a look at the motives.

First of all, we have the lanterns:

After that, we have the tower:

Then we have Rapunzel with her frying pan:

We have the healing flower:

Then we have Rapunzel and Flynn enjoying the lanterns together:

And last but not least, we have Rapunzel again:

I love the embroidery on this skirt it is so subtle. Really beautiful details.

The Cardigan

And here is the cardigan, this time closed:

It has a beautiful print with the map of Corona on both sides of the front featuring the silhouettes of Rapunzel and Flynn. On the left side:

As you can see, this panel is quite sheer. It’s a challenge when wearing it to be honest. I never know what to combine it with. The material is a thin polyester fabric.

The cardigan also has really cute flower buttons:
