Secret Honey Elsa Frozen Fever Dress 2015
Hello everyone, welcome back to another post. Today I would like to show you this Elsa Frozen Fever dress from 2015 by Secret Honey. The Elsa Frozen Fever Dress 2015
First as always a look at the dress in its full glory. Here I m wearing the dress ca. 2016:

The length of this dress is really good, it is not as short as the 2014 dresses. Not knee-long either, but it is a decent length, even at my height (174 cm). Here is the dress from the side:

Sizing and Closure
I remember this dress to be one of the bigger ones, at least in the bust area. It always fit me really well. The dress closes with a zipper in the center back and there is shirring around the neckline in the back as well as on both sides around the waist. The dress has a hook and an eye at the top of the zipper (which I can never close myself, so I always leave it open :P).
The Bodice – 3D Flowers, Beads and Embroidery
I love the bodice of this dress. It is decorated with fabric 3D flowers on both sides, more on the right side than on the left side though. The neckline is heartshaped but there is a tulle layer above it. There are also a few embroidered flowers. Here is the right side of the neckline:
As you can see, the flowers are decorated with beads and pearls. Here is the left side of the neckline:
The sleeves are made from the tulle, the left one is plain as you can see above. The right one is decorated though. Also, the fabric is pleated and it’s a double layer of very soft tulle.
The bodice is made from 3 layers, the lining, a fashion fabric and the tulle layer. The colour is this wonderful emerald green:
The Skirt
The skirt is my favourite. So many little details. The first one is a beautiful colour gradient from emerald to mint green. Here is a picture of it without the tulle layer, so you really see the colours:
The Layers
The skirt also has three layers, just like the bodice: lining, fashion fabric and a tulle layer:
The tulle layer has a beautiful lace attached around the hem:
The Print
This is the only thing, that I would critique about this dress. There is just one print and it is repeated around the hem. Normally, Secret Honey’s prints only repeat in the front and back and consist out of several motives. Not so on this dress, just one motive of Elsa unfortunately. But it’s a pretty one, have a look:
The Embroidery
To make up for the lack of print, we do have some beautiful embroidery on the tulle layer of the skirt showing Elsa, snowmen and embroidered and 3D flowers. I really like this detail, it is so sublte yet so pretty:
