Secret Honey Toy Story Set

Hello everyone, welcome back to another post. Today, I would like to show you this Toy Story Set from Secret Honey. I love this set. It’s the same pattern as the Monsters, Inc. Set I showed you last year. The denim is very light, so it is perfect for early automn.

The Toy Story Set

I really like this set and I have been wearing it a lot. The braid pattern and the buttons of the shirt are inspired by Jessie’s shirt, which is such a cool detail. The skirt obviously has the pattern of the wall, which is also cool. Here is a look at me wearing the set:

The skirt is I believe the “biggest” one I own (together with the Monsters, Inc. on). Here is the set from the side:

The Shirt

The shirt is very cute and reminds me of a cowboy shirt. The size is nice, it is meant to fit loosely and is thus quite big. It fits a bust of around 100 cm.

As I already mentioned, are the braid details and buttons are inspired by Jessie’s shirt. Let’s have a look at the details.

The Print on the Back

We have a cute print on the back featuring many characters from Toy Story like Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Slinky Dog and more. The print says “It’s play time” and beneath the Toy Story writing the characters are listed.

The Braid Details

On the collar and around the sleeves we have a braiding detail in golden yellow. Here is the sleeve, that is also decorated with yellow piping:

The Buttons

The buttons are very pretty press studs. They also remind me of Jessie’s shirt:

The Pocket

In the front, there is a little chest pocket. The Toy Story Logo is embroidered above it. The pocket itself has a red top and yellow piping:

The Skirt

I really love the skirt. It is very muted somehow, if you don’t know Toy Story, it’s just a skirt with a toy dog.

Let’s have a look at the details.

Sizing and Closure

As I already mentioned, the skirt is quite big for Secret Honey. It fits up to 87 centimetres (and maybe more, but that is the maximum my waist measurement has ever been). It closes with a side zipper and a hook and an eye at the top of the zipper. There is shirring in the back:

The waistband is red with yellow piping as you can just about see on this photo 🙂 There are also two ties to tie a bow in the back and hide the shirring panel.

Slinky Dog

The skirt has an overall cloud print, but there is also a character on it, Slinky dog:
